IMPORTANT: DUE TO HIGH DEMAND FOR OUR PRODUCTS DURING HOLIDAY AND WINTER SEASON, CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES ARE HIGHER THAN NORMAL. DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION IT MAY TAKE 15-28 CALENDAR DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Because our items and promotional products are made to order and are considered closeout items, they not eligible for return. Refunds are approved ONLY if the item arrived defective, damaged during shipment or not something you ordered in which case we will exchange the item, provide store credit or issue refund (excluding shipping costs).
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and you would like to exchange or receive a refund - Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the original sender.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear photo of the defective item and a detailed description of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving this information, we will determine whether your item is eligible for an exchange or refund based on your request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and attached tags.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Depending on where you live, it may take up to 28 calendar days for your exchanged product to reach you.
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or discount coupons for future purchases on case by case basis.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours after placing your purchase. If you want to cancel your order after the initial 24 hour window, you will have to wait until you receive the item and ship it back to us in the original packaging in order to receive the item refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
